In St. Marks catholic all-inclusive school for young ladies, the strict understudy Elizabeth is gone after by detestable powers and vanishes from the study hall, and the weak Father Drake is unequipped for saving her. The school is shut and after five years it is resumed. Five upset undesirable young ladies – Alex, Mara, the visually impaired Cecilia, Leah, and Connie – are left by their family in the establishment, seriously coordinated by the headmistress Miss Pearce with hands of iron.
