Victor, a rising gangland player, has penetrated the wrongdoing realm show to merciless head boss Alphonse, with the single reason for making Alphonse pay for obliterating his once blissful life. As he carefully coordinates his retribution from his elevated structure home, Victor watches and is watched by Beatrice, a secretive young lady who lives in the condo opposite his.
