My Heart Knows 11 November 2021 update: The Episode starts with Kalyani telling Malhar that Sampada didn’t go to Mumbai, but Atharv kidnapped her. Atharv comes and asks what is she doing? Anupriya comes there. Malhar takes the ear drops bottle in his hand. Atharv smiles. Malhar asks Kalyani what she said and says his ears are painting due to the crackers’ sound.
Atharv tells Malhar that the medicine will work as it is given by his doctor friend. He recalls going to Malhar and giving him ear drops and asking him to use them for pain relief. Malhar uses it. Atharv thinks Malhar can’t hear Kalyani for 12 hours, as his ears will close after using it. Fb ends. Kalyani cries. Malhar asks what happened? Kalyani cries. Atharv asks him to sign on her college form. Malhar says I won’t let your studies suffer. Atharv asks Malhar to sign. Does Kalyani think what are these papers? Malhar signs on the papers and scolds Atharv for doing wrong with Kalyani. Kalyani asks Anupriya about the papers.
Atharv takes the papers and says no admission, but divorce papers. Kalyani is shocked and asks Anupriya if she knows about it. Atharv laughs. Anupriya cries. Kalyani asks why are you doing this and says Malhar and Sampada love each other. She asks Anupriya why did she help Atharv? Atharv plays her video and says she is in pain, if the doctor doesn’t treat her then anything can happen. He tells that Malhar can’t hear anything. Anupriya asks Atharv to take Sampada to the hospital. Atharv says what will happen and tells that Sampada will die. He says Sampada shall die. Kalyani gets angry. Atharv says divorce is the punishment for Sampada and says now she will realize what I felt. Anupriya asks him to take Sampada to the hospital. Atharv says let’s wait until the rasam happens, I will see if Kalyani shows any cleverness. Kalyani cries.
Anupriya tells Kalyani that they have to agree to Atharv. Kalyani says Atharv will not leave Sampada even if we agree to your sayings. She says we don’t know where did he keep Sampada and says you can’t go out during gonadal rasam. Kalyani asks her to help her, but Anupriya refuses saying she can’t risk her life.

Kalyani asks Anupriya to help her and do something to let her go from this rasam. Atharv hears them. Anupriya thinks about how to help her, I can’t risk her life. Malhar thanks Atharv for the eardrops and says now he can hear well. Aao Saheb tells that they have called some people to praise Devimaa for Gondhar. Some people dance in front of the Goddess.
Atharv takes Kalyani to dance with him forcibly. Anupriya is tense. Kalyani tries to go, but Atharv forces her to dance. Anupriya moves her head and then suddenly starts dancing as she is possessed. She opens her hair and dances. Atharv thinks about what happened to Maayi suddenly. Anupriya picks sindoor and throws on Atharv. She applies it to her forehead. Does Kalyani think about what happened to Aayi?
