Ronnie (Miley Cyrus) and her more youthful sibling, Jonah, folks are separated. They live with their mom until this mid-year they are shipped off live with their dad (Greg Kinnear) in a humble community near the ocean. Ronnie hates her dad and has zero desire to be cordial or in any event, conversing with him for the late spring.
