The Royal Treatment starts with Italian beautician Isabella, also known as Izzy (Laura Marano), as she learns about Prince Thomas (Mena Massoud) coming to New York. Her consideration quickly changes to a little fire that breaks out at her beauty parlor. With the requirement for costly fixes, Izzy must choose the option to make some cash from her movement reserves.
In the meantime, while carrying on with an existence of extravagance, Prince Thomas battles to keep a genuine discussion as he plans for his impending wedding.
