The Wednesday Update on The Heir 25th September 2019 begins as Jagan angrily looks on and finally leaves as Mannu recalls pasts moments following after Harjeet gets Raj home.

Raavi however, asked Gunjan to leave Mannu alone for some period of time, then Amba drops the gun and leaves. Mannu thinks of Raj and cries. Chann se jo tuta ek sapna…..plays………Raj comes home. Nihaal says this should have not happened, Harjeet did not see us once, this is our status. Harjeet asks Mohini to get aarti plate, Raj has failed Pavaniyas. Raj sees Rohan drunk and cares for him. He hugs Rohan. Harjeet hugs them and says my family got complete today. He asks Mohini to prepare for puja. Raj says this family will complete with my mum comes here, else it will be her insult.

Amba walking on the road, thinks of Mannu’s birth, upbringing, troubles and journey till date. Naina…..plays…….. Nihaal says Raj changed the game, we will be soon out of this house. Mohini says this won’t happen. She prepares aarti plate. He asks what will we do. She says we will welcome Raj now.
Mannu comes home and sees Amba. She cries resting head in Amba’s lap and says sorry, I did big mistake, I broke your trust, I will make everything fine as I always do, look at me once, you were right. She says I should get punishment and cuts her nerve. Amba stops her. Mannu hugs her. Amba says I kept you away from your life for so many years, this is Lord’s punishment, I can’t make you a guy, its my mistake, I should get punished. They cry. Jagan comes and looks on. He laughs and says I was such a big fool, Amba played a big game, you lied to everyone and made this girl Shah, you have hidden big truth from me. He pushes Mannu away.

He says I was young when you came in this house as my Parjai, you were so innocent and good, I was your fav, I felt anyone can fool you in words, but you fooled me, I always said I want to become Shah, you did not let that happen. He holds Amba’s feet and asks when did you turn so clever, when did you start lying so clean, I thought its true, that you are right, I was wrong, you made a girl sit on my throne, you had courage, shall I praise your courage or curse myself, whom shall I punish for losing dreams for 18 years, you snatched my dream, you snatched Shah powers, I lost my mum, you did not change, you made me your dog since 10 years, you commanded me and I obeyed you, you gave my rights to your daughter, did your heart not think of telling truth to me, you got hidden behind this lie and used this power against me, I cursed myself that I did wrong with you, wrong happened with me, you will pay the price now. They all get shocked.

Jagan holding Amba’s neck angrily. Everyone try to stop him. Villagers come and say such a big cheat, entire village will punish you Amba. They take away Amba. Mannu cries. Harjeet dances with Raj and Rohan. Raj says I promised mummy I will step in this house with her, I want to unite my family. Harjeet says Amrit came here, but she left, she won’t come back. Mohini says Raj is right, you agree to him and try again, when Raj is here, she can’t be away. Nihaal thinks what happened to Mohini. Mohini acts good and asks Harjeet to forget everything. Harjeet says I will be glad if Raj gets Amrit, I could not imagine Amrit will give such upbringing to my son, who would make me proud, go and get Amrit, we will celebrate today, I will wait for Raj and Amrit. Raj leaves. Harjeet dances.

Amba is taken to panchayat. The villagers say Amba is a liar, punish her. Pahujas come there. She recalls why she lied. Villagers throw stones and hurt her. Jagan stops them. He says Amba lied and made a girl a Shah, we can’t punish her, Panchayat will decide. Sarpanch says Amba made fun of our rules, she cheated and made a girl as Shah, she will be punished.
The villagers get angry. The people humiliate her. Amba thinks of her words. Mannu comes and stops the man. Waaris……plays…… Jagan looks on. The man asks how dare you stop me. Mannu says I will stop anyone raising hand on my mummy, without thinking I m guy or girl. Sarpanch says Amba is getting removed from this pind. Mannu says Amba did not do any crime, this is not truth, truth is much bitter, I ask you do you have courage to hear truth.

She says when truth is fed to society, it tastes bitter, you all said my mum cheated and lied, did you ever think what did you do, you are punishing her since she gave birth to first daughter, my Dadi, my uncle, entire Pavaniya family asked for next child, Amba gave birth to daughter, they kept condition that Amba gives birth to son, else the child will be killed, then Amba gave birth to a daughter and killed her identity, she made that girl a guy for society. Raavi and Gunjan cry.

Mannu says my mum sacrificed her daughter and gave you Shah, so that your house stays secure, when you needed her decision, she made me take decisions, which you all agreed with respect, what changed today, that I have no pagdi on my head, my hair got loose, I did not change, I m still the same, whose decisions you all accepted.

She says you all cheated my mummy, my mummy did not cheat you, was there any option, if woman gives birth to girl, it becomes a big issue. Everyone calms down. Mannu scolds the man for coming to apply black color to Amba’s face. She asks him to touch Amba and see, he will know I have more courage than Mannu, just name changed. She says you all should be ashamed, we gave our lives in serving you and getting justice for you, you are doing this, as a girl took these decisions, if you have courage, then change all the decisions taken by me.

She asks the man to return all his fields to his brother. She asks other man to undo her decision, and give dowry by selling his fields, the decisions looked right as it was convenient for you, now we won’t take decisions for your convenience. The man says a girl can never become Shah. Mannu says what will you tell me, I refuse to become Shah, I won’t sit on Shah place, Jagan will become your new Shah. Amba cries.
